I like the texture and taste of the gelatos here but would've like a bit of crunch / nut pieces in some flavors like pistachio. Quantity of ice cream is quite handful and the staff is great.

I love Fainting Goat! They've been a Wallingford staple for years. My absolute favorite flavor is their lemon grisbi gelato but everything else is great too. I also really like the art on display within the shop, which you can purchase. If you're on the fence (or even if you're not), give this place a try- you won't regret it.

We had a lovely time at the Fainting Goat gelato shop. Our kids were so excited to eat ice cream for dinner. Lauren was incredibly helpful and kind. I was very excited to see that they had a couple of vegan flavors to try, as I am lactose intolerant. Would definitely come back again. Our kids loved the cones, sprinkles, and fun flavors!

Good place to get gelato. I still prefer nutty squirrel gelato. I wish it was a bit more creamy as it taste like ice cream. Good service, great location and I’d come back!

I got this after I came from Indigo Cow . So we have indigo cows and fainting goats. I ordered the small hoping it was a small. NOPE. It was a cup FULL of gelato. I got fig and hazelnut. The fig was very sweet. The hazelnut tasted like hazelnuts (duh) but it was the flavor so it didn’t come with any hazelnuts in the gelato. They have a mint marshmallow flavor that looked interesting. The people working here were also very friendly and patient. I think the only recommendation I would make is to have a trash can nearby. Man I’m going to get diabetes if I keep this up. One of the best salted caramel ice cream I have ever had. At other places, they make it too salty while at Fainting Goat, the saltiness level is just right. I also really like Tiramisu flavor.

Reasonably good gelato with the unique goat milk gelato (slight earthy flavor) along with the classics. Decent prices, large portions. The staff on the day we visited seemed to be having a bad day though.
